Back in Use guarantees a statutory warranty of 24 months on all its sold devices, in accordance with official legislation.

To give you extra peace of mind, we offer a 24-month warranty on all hardware except the battery. This warranty can, for some items, be extended to 36 months for an additional charge.

This warranty complies with the relevant consumer protection legislation. According to the law, as a consumer, you are entitled to a sound product that meets the expectations you can reasonably have. If there is a defect or problem within 24 months of purchase that is not caused by misuse or external factors, we as the seller will take responsibility for the repair or replacement of the device.

It is important to note that this warranty does not apply in cases of damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by external factors such as accidents, drops, liquids, or attempts to repair the device yourself. In such cases, the warranty will be void.
