Perfect Condition and quality. Almost like new.

Ordered this laptop on 15th July 2025 and received on 17th. I ordered with Premium option and condition was impeccable.
I only wish there would be 32gb/512gb option available.
Great laptop with almost new condition.
I recommend BackInUse for sure.

Mooie laptop, maar met paar bedenkingen

Ik bestelde een HP EliteBook X360 1040 G7 - 14 inch - i5 Core - 16GB RAM - Touchscreen - Azerty voor €521, die heel snel en correct geleverd werd. Ik koos voor een 'A+' en hij ziet er inderdaad als nieuw uit, dus heel tevreden over het visuele aspect. Enkele bedenkingen:
- de batterij neemt nogal snel af waardoor de autonomie beperkter is dan ik gehoopt had
- de verlichting van de toetsen werkt zo goed als niet (en da's best lastig als je met weinig licht typt - en niet blind kan typen :-))
Ik weet niet in hoeverre bovenstaande punten onder garantie vallen?

Qualité A+, pas vraiment

Bonjour, ç'est la deuxième fois que je commande sur le site Back in Use et je choisi toujours des composants avec la qualité A+.
Malheureusement ce laptop présente pas mal de traces d'usures, ç'est pour moi au plus un 'A'. Le prix est donc un peu trop élevé par rapport à son état.

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés de lire que vous n'êtes pas satisfait de la qualité de l'appareil. Nous évaluons tous les produits avec le plus grand soin possible et les appareils A+ sont donc pratiquement impossibles à distinguer des appareils neufs. Veuillez m'envoyer des photos des traces d'usure par e-mail afin que nous puissions trouver une solution convenable ensemble.

Snelle levering en laptop ziet er als nieuw uit

Geweldige ervaring

Gewoonweg wauuuw. Wat een aangename klantenervaring. Ik kon zelfs met ecocheques betalen en bij de levering zat nog een flyer waarmee je je oude toestel kon terugzenden in de doos waarmee je nieuwe toestel werd geleverd. Back in use zorgt er dan voor dat je oude laptop netjes wordt gerecycleerd en alle data wordt vernietigd. Bovendien zag het toestel er erg netjes uit. Lang geleden dat ik zo blij ben geweest met een aankoop. Doe zo verder Back in Use!
